Within the US 48 states, you get FAST, FREE SHIPPING on every order. Orders ship out the next business day.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, you can go through our easy online return process to receive a FREE prepaid return label for a 100% refund*.

*Product must be in original packaging in new condition. See our full return policy, including for those outside the US 48, below.


Free & Simple Returns – Effective August 5, 2016

To initiate a return, click the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email that says, “Click here to make a return.” You may also fill out the form by clicking here.

WITHIN THE US 48 (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

Within the US 48, we accept free, no cost returns for 30 days after receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, simply click the “Return your Higher Hangers” link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. We will process a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and a free prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed to you. Simply attach your provided, prepaid label to your original packaging and drop it off at a FedEx, USPS, or UPS location (depending on which provider your label is for, and cover up or remove the original shipping label). You must ship the return within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label or be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days for the full purchase amount if your order was placed with Free Ground Service shipping. Orders that chose upgraded shipping options will be refunded less the upgraded shipping cost. Regardless of shipping method, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns within the US 48.


OUTSIDE THE US 48 – Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA

Outside the US 48, we accept free returns for 30 days after receiving your order. The customer must pay all shipping charges, both for the original order and the return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, simply click the “Return your Higher Hangers” link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. We will process a return merchandise authorization (RMA) that must be attached to your package. We will provide you with the shipping address for returns. Shipping charges for returns outside the US 48 must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds can take 7-10 business days to work their way through the banks and processing vendors. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at drew@higherhangers.com with a picture or two and description of the issue, and we will give you instructions on how to receive an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Kickstarter Return Info

Thank you to all of our Kickstarter backers for help getting Higher Hangers off the ground. Due to the nature of crowdfunding including the startup costs, fees, discounted pricing, and associated campaign costs, we cannot accept returns for Kickstarter rewards. More on Kickstarter Here

Kickstarter was used to raise funds for investing into our new business in hopes to make a profit in the future. In the Kickstarter community, the items that you receive after making a pledge are referred to as “rewards” because they are not purchases like using Amazon or a common, established retailer. They are gifts that are sent to our supporters as a token of appreciation for their help in getting our business off the ground.

We appreciate your understanding and the support you have given us, but if you do not initially like Higher Hangers, here are two things we ask you to consider in the spirit of crowdfunding…

  1. Give Higher Hangers a chance. Your hangers have never really changed throughout your life. With a new design, some things might look different, but in all reality I can assure you that the design changes are to save space while not changing their basic function. The parts of the hanger that touch your clothes are virtually unchanged from classic hangers. Often times it’s just a matter of perception because of a new, different design. We ask you to please give them a chance.

  2. Give your reward to a friend. Our products might not work for you, but there are many folks out there who find them very valuable. We’d love for you to share Higher Hangers with a friend of yours.
